INDUSTRY SECTOR DEVELOPMENT

EC3 Global has worked across a wide range of tourism sectors. The consulting division has provided specialist consulting services to sectors including Drive Tourism, Cruise, Aviation, B&B and Farmstays, Food and Wine, Culture and Heritage Protected Areas and ecotourism.

Our consulting division capabilities within these sectors include:

    • Development of signage strategies for towns or drive routes. These include placement options, design, approval processes, and the coordination of the design, fabrication and installation of tourist signage;
    • Development of strategic plans for tourist roads including touring routes, themed routes and tourist drives.
•     EC3 Global’s consultants can assist with the coordination of the design and production of a wide variety of marketing plans and strategies for Protected Area managers;
    • EC3 Global can assist Government’s to develop and implement Cruise Strategies for the identification of opportunities to grow the cruise shipping market including market demand analysis, supply / infrastructure auditing and gap analysis; and
    • EC3 Global’s consultants have been involved in the preparation of State and National Cruise strategies and can bring international cruise line and cruise infrastructure engineering expertise into a collaborative project team.
