EarthCheck’s Sustainable Precinct Planning & Design Standard (PPDS) provides communities with guidelines, tools and indicators for assessment and certification to assist developers in the planning and design phases of sustainable precincts.

For those projects that have not yet been built (or are being rebuilt) EarthCheck’s Building Planning & Design Standard (BPDS) provides a sustainable approach from inception through covenants or codes. This approach ensures world best practice once the project commences the appropriate program for yearly operational benchmarking.
